A New Look and Feel: Transforming a Premier Expedition Travel Company’s Digital Presence

When our client, a leader in luxury adventure travel, came to us, their goal was clear: they wanted a website that not only looked stunning but also delivered real results. We took on the challenge by completely overhauling their site, making it more intuitive, visually appealing, and easier to navigate – especially on mobile devices.

We also leveraged our tech partners to introduce some key platform upgrades. Algolia’s instant search enhanced the overall user experience with rapid and accurate content discovery. Contentful’s content management system streamlined content updates and management so the site remains fresh and relevant. Twilio Segment’s deep insights into user behavior led to more personalized and data-driven user experiences. These advanced technologies paid off, leading to a 23% jump in new leads and a 30% increase in bookings.

Our focus wasn't just on how the site looked but also on how it worked. By tackling both the user experience and the backend operations, we built a platform that sets a new standard in luxury travel.
